You know what? Today, when I browsed through my file of the food photos, I was just blur...I don't know which one to choose and not too sure whether I've posted them before or not. I think I have to do some 'file clean-up' soon eh. And today, there's no experiment in MamaFaMi's kitchen. In the morning, was busy cleaning and mopping the house and in the afternoon, dozed off. A bit tired because I was fasting today and the last day to make my qada'! Alhamdulillah...

I think, for today's entry, I'll post the easiest simple but delicious recipe. Even a kid can do it. And it's a good idea as well for breakboxes...PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH. Yes, Dolly, this is the one that I've been telling you and I am not kidding....

PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH

Ingredients :

White bread
Peanut butter
Ripe bananas ~ mashed
Butter

Method :

1. Spread one side of the bread with peanut butter.
2. Spread another piece of bread, one side with mashed bananas.
3. Put them together and spread butter on the outer sides of the bread.
4. Heat the grill pan and grill till golden brown.
5. Enjoy!

Opss....sorry, I forgot to mention...I got this recipe from Forum Cari posted by NoorMasri. Thanks Noor! It is said that this sandwich is the late Elvis Presley's favourite. This fact is confirmed by Sis Mar and Bro Azli.
