SPEGETTI BOLOGNAISE & MEATBALLS
Spegetti Bolognaise & Meatballs
For lunch today, Fatin had asked for spegetti bolognaise with meatballs. For the meatballs, I used Haleema's Kebab recipe. And for the spegetti sauce, I just chuck into the pot, whatever I feel like chucking in....hehehe...so there's no specific amount of ingredient for the sauce recipe. And as usual, if the recipe is MamaFaMi's recipe, then it'll be very easy and full of short cuts...hahaha....
Fresh tomatoes ~ diced
Garlic ~ chopped
1 can of tomato and garlic
a bit of dried oreganum
a bit of dried sweet basil
salt to taste
a bit of sugar
a bit of grated cheddar cheese
a bit of olive oil
1. Saute garlic in the olive oil till fragrant.
2. Add in chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are pureed.
3. Pour in the canned tomato and garlic.
4. Stir well and add in the sugar and salt to taste.
5. Add in the dried oreganum and sweet basil.
6. Before turning off the heat, add in some grated cheddar cheese to thicken the sauce.
1/2 kg minced meat
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
fresh corriander ~ chopped
green chillies ~ pounded
2 tablespoons chana flour
1 egg (medium)
1 teaspoon fennel powder (jintan manis)
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Mix everything together and roll into small balls.
2. Deep fry.
Thanks to Mr Azli for this tip...

Liza firstname.lastname@example.org>> You are not intruding at all my dear. Infact, I am honoured to have your comment on my page. Thank you very much for visiting. Appreciate it very much! Chana flour is chick pea flour (tepung kacang hijau).
najma email@example.com>> You can substitute chana flour with plain flour. Or if can also blend some cream crackers into flour and use that to substitute chana flour. I'm sorry dear, at the moment, I haven't tried making fish balls just yet...
