BISKUT DAHLIA (CHE MAT GEBU)

 
 
 

BISKUT DAHLIA
Source : Che Mat Gebu

Ingredients :

300 g butter
140 g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon rose essence
240 g flour*
100 g cornflour*
160 g custard flour* (*sift together)
Red cherries

Method :

1. Cream butter and icing sugar. Add in egg yolks and rose essence. Continue beating.
2. Add in sifted flour a little at a time until a soft dough is formed.
3. Place a bit of dough into the mould and press onto the baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper. Place a piece of cherry on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Leave to cool before removing from the tray. Keep in an airtight container.
