NASI GORENG CINA

 
 
There are six pillars of Imaan (Faith) in Islam and one of them is Belief in the Divine Decree (Percaya kepada Qada dan Qadar). We can plan whatever we want to do, but everything is ALLAH to decide. I believe that with all my heart. And I always prayed that, if I ever planned anything especially when it involves someone, it won't cost any trouble to the other person that I've made that plans with, if the plan is unable to be realised......minta dijauhkan Allah dari terjadinya demikian......



Well nothing much to say today. The head was throbbing slightly this morning but thanks to a couple of friends who cheered me up with their emails. Thanks guys for making my day!

Let's just go straight to the recipe for today. Since there are some leftovers of yesterday's rice, I decided to fry the rice, the chinese style. I refered to Kak Liza's recipe but made it according to whatever's available in the fridge.



CHINESE STYLE FRIED RICE

Ingredients
:

2 cloves garlic ~ minced
1 piece fish cake ~ sliced
1 teaspoon black pepper ~ crushed
1 egg
mix vegetable
salt to taste
Chinese cabbage
Spring onion
Cooking oil
1 bowl cooked rice

Method :

1. Heat oil in a wok. Add in garlic. Fry till golden brown.
2. Add in fish cake and black pepper.
3. Add in egg and stir till slightly cooked.
4. Add in mix vegetable and salt. Stir for a few minutes and add in rice.
5. Just before removing the wok from heat, add in the chinese cabbage. Mix well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with spring onion.

Bahan-bahan
:

2 biji bawang putih ~ ditumbuk
1 keping kek ikan ~ dihiris
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
1 biji telur
sayuran campuran
garam secukup rasa
sawi
daung bawang
minyak untuk menumis
semangkuk nasi

Kaedah penyediaan :

1. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Masukkan bawang putih dan goreng hingga wangi.
2. Masukkan kek ikan dan serbuk lada hitam.
3. Masukkan telur dan kacau. Biarkan telur hampir masak.
4. Masukkan sayuran campuran dan garam secukup rasa. Masukkan nasi dan kacau rata.
5. Sebelum memadamkan api, masukkan sayur sawi dan kacau sebentar.
6. Hiaskan dengan daun bawang dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
