MEE KUNGFU / MEE HONGKONG / MEE KANTONIS

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAK LIZA !!!

I AM A CHATTERBOX! I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT! Whoever knows me in person, will surely agree with me!

Yesterday morning, I was undecided whether to buy my breakfast or just eat something at home. Then I decided not to buy. After 5 minutes making my decision, Kak Ana called me by her gate. "Come, let's go buy nasi lemak". I declined saying that I'm going to prepare something, but she asked me to accompany her. So yes, Mrs Softy, went upstairs, changed into her t-shirt and track bottom and off they went, walking happily side by side to get nasi lemak!!! It's been a while since I last went to Kak Fatimah's stall. I think she must have missed me, judging by the way she greeted me....mulalah nak perasan, minah sorang ni.. biarkannnnn...biarkannnn.....hehehe....

Once back at home, Kak Ana had asked me about the 'plant jelly' (I don't really know what it's called actually)....sedap sedap je boh istilah sendiri..muahaha... Told her that the jellys are the size of a marble now. She asked me to go and get them, together with the vases we bought yesterday. Then we filled up the vases with those colorful jellys and Kak Ana sponsored the indoor plants! She even 'planted' ....bukan 'tanam' eh Agen66? Rendam eh? Hehehe...hentam ajelah labuuu....them for me... where can you find such good neighbour huh? I am indeed the lucky one! Hahaha....by the way, the house next to Kak Ana is not available ok! Hahaha.... While doing the so-called gardening, we chatted. After Kak Ana went home, I started sweeping the garage. Then my left side neighbour, Mrs Han came out to hang her laundry. Met her once before this and the second time was yesterday morning....and guess what, I chatted with her for a good forty minutes! Muahahaha......

Came in and started chatting online. In between, Kak Ana called me by the side fence, just to pass me some Dadih that she had made. That took me 30 minutes! While chatting, I did some real gardening... And the story continues...I guess I need not list down everything or someone will consider creating a new award called The Chatterbox Award! Hahahahaha.......

Recipe to share today will be a lovely recipe from The Birthday Girl....kasi chan kat semua yang sambut birthday untuk rasa diri muda...panggil girl lagiii..hehehe..... Thank you my dearest sifoo for sharing this recipe with all of us...The recipe in English is how I had prepared my Mee Kungfu for yesterday's dinner. My fridge is running out of stuffs to cook. So this is the best that I can come out with! The Malay version is Kak Liza's version.

MEE KUNGFU / MEE HONGKONG / MEE KANTONIS
