STIR FRY TIU MIU

 
I felt bad...Yesterday night hubby had asked if I have any Eid cookies to bring to his office because they'll be having a Hari Raya party. Unfortunately, I ran out of cookies to give him. If only he had told me earlier, I would have love to bake some despite the house is still under renovation. I will find time and ways to bake, insyaAllah. But what can I do.....sorry dear....So this morning, I just sent some kerepek ubi and kerepek pisang. I hope that's alright.....

I was 'tidying' up my camera after quite sometime and came across the photos of our Hari Raya Menu at mom's house.


And this is my cookies bottle this year...


Since my house is still not yet ready, so I am unable to do any experiments. For today's recipe, I'll paste this very easy to prepare Stir Fry Tiu Miu, as promised to Eryne.



STIR FRY TIU MIU

Ingredients
:

Tiu Miu
Garlic ~ minced
Oyster sauce
Cooking oil

Preparation :

1. Wash and drain the Tiu Miu.
2. Add oil to a heated wok or heavy skillet. When oil is ready, add the garlic and stir-fry briefly.
3. Add the Tiu Miu. Stir-fry another few seconds.
4. Add the oyster sauce. Serve hot.

Bahan-bahan
:

Tiu Miu
Bawang putih ~ cincang
Sos tiram
Minyak masak

Kaedah penyediaan :

1. Basuh dan toskan Tiu Miu.
2. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan masukkan bawang putih. Goreng hingga perang.
3. Masukkan Tiu Miu dan goreng seketika.
4. Tuangkan sos tiram dan alihkan dari api. Hidangkan panas-panas dengan nasi putih.
