I am so touched.....Over the few days, I've received emails, private messages on my fotopage, sms and not forgetting on my me such wonderful comforting words and duaas for me to be strong with what I'm going through. I felt much better and stronger. I have such wonderful caring friends, whether I know them in person or just in this cyber world. Thank you so much for being my friend. May God bless you all........

Yesterday, mama had not been behaving! Naughty mama! I was so dead lazy. I am at the chronic stage of laziness...until I felt really tired being so lazy! Hahaha....But in the morning, I did some ironing. Oh yeah...I am still with my ironing hobby and even my new neighbour, Kak Anna, had are always ironing eh...why not I send over my pile of clothes for you to iron as well! it THAT obvious...mmm I wonder! And you know what...hubby even bought me a new iron and he told me, I had asked the salesman to bring the biggest iron they have and he had also asked for the biggest ironing board as well! Ni perli ke ntah beri hati ke ni....wakakakaka...whatever it is...asal mama bahagia, udahlah! Hahahaha...

When hubby came back from work, I told him that I didn't cook. Perhaps I can just fry some noodles or rice for dinner. But he said, don't sweat ma, let's dine out...Yahoooo!!! So for dinner last night, I 'cooked' at a big kitchen opposite the house. I had Nasi Ladna and hubby had Fried Kue Tiau...burppp...alhamdulillah.......

As for recipe to share today, I'll paste something that I've tried last 30th May. Thank you to Madiha for sharing this recipe with us. But I had to improvise the recipe according to what's available in my refrigerator at that time....



2 packets Japanese Tofu
1 packet fresh mushrooms
1 carrot - julliene
3 garlic - chopped
3 shallots - minced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
oil for cooking
2 teaspoon cornflour + 1 cup water
salt - if needed

Method :

1. Slice the tofu (1 inch size). Fry till golden brown. Place in a serving plate.
2. Heat oil in a wok and saute minced garlic and shallot till fragrant.
3. Add in oyster sauce, fish sauce and chicken stock powder.
4. Pour in the cornflour mixture and leave to boil.
5. Add in the carrot and stir well.
6. Add in the mushrooms and mix well.
7. Taste the salt (if needed) and remove from heat.
8. Pour the mixture onto the tofu and ready to serve.



2 silinder tofu lembut/tauhu jepun
1 bungkus cendawan tiram - dibelah2
1 biji carrot - potong memanjang (boleh ganti dengan apa jua sayur kegemaran)
3 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
3 ulas bawang merah - ditumbuk
2 s/b sos tiram
1 s/k sos ikan
1 s/k serbuk pati ayam/ setengah kiub ayam
minyak untuk menumis
2 s/k tepong jagung + 1 cawan air

Cara2 :

-Tofu dipotong 2 plastiknya dan picit ke tapak tangan. Siram air sket kemudian potong anggaran 1 inci ke dalam piring... kemudian goreng hingga kekuningan
-Panaskan sedikit minyak (minyak menggoreng tofu tadi pun boleh.. kurangkan minyaknya) dan tumiskan bahan2 tumbuk hingga wangi..
-Masukkan bahan2 sos dan serbuk pati ayam.
-Masukkan air tepung jagong tadi dan biar mendidih.
-Masukkan lobak merah dan biar sebentar.
-Masukkan cendawan.. kacau rata.
-Rasakan garamnya.. kalau kurang masin baru tambah garam. Sebab dlm sos2 tadi dah bergaram.
-Kalau suka berkuah boleh tambah air lagi atau suka pekat dan berkuah boleh tambah tepong jagung lagi mengikut kesukaan masing2.
-Bila dah secukup rasa.. tuangkan sos ini ke atas tofu yg tersedia di dalam pinggan hidangan
