Recipe to share today is something I tried long long time ago. It's a recipe I copied from Ida's Fotopages. Wishing Ida a speedy recovery ya...take care and have enough rest! Don't overwork...yeah right mama...say that for yourself as well...hihihihi.... Anyway, thanks Ida for discovering the recipe from Allrecipe, experimenting it and sharing it with all of us here...



1/4 cup canola oil
(I used cooking oil)
1/2 cup milk (If I am not mistaken, I added a bit more fresh milk)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
(I used cake flour)
1 cup chopped strawberries (I didn't put any, not available. I just put some strawberry jam)

Method :

1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C, oil an 8 cup muffin tin, or use paper liners.
2.In a small bowl, combine oil, milk, and egg. Beat lightly. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Toss in chopped strawberries and stir to coat with flour. Pour in milk mixture and stir together.
3.Fill muffin cups. Bake at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes, or until the tops bounce back from the touch. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.



1/4 cawan minyak canola
(mama gunakan minyak masak)
1/2 cup milk (mama tambahkan lagi kuantiti susu segar)
1 biji telur
1/2 sudu kecil garam
2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
1/2 cawan gula
1 3/4 cawan tepung serbaguna
1 cawan strawberry dicincang kasar
(mama hanya masukkan jem strawberry)

Kaedah penyediaan :

1. Panaskan ketuhar kepada 180 C. Alaskan tin muffin dengan kertas muffin.
2. Di dalam mangkuk yang kecil, satukan minyak, susu dan telur. Kacau perlahan agar sebati.
3. Di dalam mangkuk yang besar, ayakkan tepung, garam dan serbuk penaik. Masukkan gula dan kacau rata. Masukkan pula buah strawberry.
4. Tuangkan kesemua cecair ke dalam adunan tepung dan kacau rata.
5. Sudukan bancuhan ke dalam muffin cup. Sekiranya menggunakan jem strawberry, sudukan separuh bancuhan, letakkan sesudu kecil jem, dan tutupkan dengan bancuhan.
6. Bakar selama 25 minit. Biarkan selama 10 minit sebelum muffin dikeluarkan dari tin.
