BANANA NUT BREAD (Syahani)

I was feeling lousy almost the whole of yesterday. And when this particular 'virus' attacks me, automatically my speed will just drop. Even the brain speed dropped as well. At times I was actually lost, not knowing what to do when and when to do what! As a result of that, I tend to waste time, and time is gold as people use to say.

Anyway, for lunch, I just managed to cook these....

My date with Miss Salton wasn't that enjoyable as well. I only manage to iron half of what I am capable of ironing during my 'normal' days. I think, all these was because I didn't go for my usual morning walk yesterday. So the system was still 'asleep' and actually 'slept' throughout the day! Hahaha...

Let's just carry on with the recipe to share for today as I have to 'report duty' in the kitchen soon. And oh, despite of not being myself yesterday, I managed to bake 40 pieces cupcakes and 12 tiny cupcakes, just to finish off the leftover bater. Recipe today will be this Banana Nut Bread which I 'discovered' from Syahani's Blog. Thank you Syahani for sharing this recipe with all of us.

5. nic>> Eh, tak masuk dapur, makan kedai je ke Nic?
6. RaqynRafiqin elsyazw@yahoo.com>> Tu mama dah boh entry sepesel ayam goreng bagi ayaq lioq keluaq habih na....
7. nabialishad>> Bread tu mama guna loaf tin kecik tu je...
8. Lily lilyzafirah@yahoo.com.my>> Ada mood ke tak de mood ke, dapur kena berasap cik oi, kalau tak karang, apa pulak orang rumah ni nak makan...
9. marida maridaalias@yahoo.com>> Ha ah, simple je ayam goreng tu...resipi dah mama tepek di entry berikutnya...
10. aureanayz>> Membakar tu pasal takut tak sempat nak buat semua sekali gus untuk jualan di St Andrews nanti...aik..takkan la ronda-ronda je pun boleh put on weight?
11. Harlina>> Hi Linaaa...long time no see. Lina kerja ke kat Malaysia? Terima kasihlah kerana sudi gak ingat kat mama ni....

14. Ida>> That is, if you like banana la kan...
15. Noor>> Budak tak berapa, mak budak je lebih!
16. rinnchan>> Ewah, berpantun lak dia...meh orang Melaka cuba jawab yek!
Didihkan susu sampai menggelegak,
Masukkan gula dan juga Teh Boh
Dalam tak larat, KENA masak jugak
Kalau tidak, orang di rumah nanti kebulur!
17. MaDiHa>> Daripada pisang dibuang, baik try buat something out of it kan Madiha. Don't worry, mama tak kisah kalau Madiha nak tanya. Kalau boleh jawab mama jawablah because I am not the best person to answer, but will definately try! Walnuts tu selalunya mama tak roast pun, cebur terus unless the recipe requires the nuts to be roasted first. Alhamdulillah Madiha berjaya buat swiss roll, gembiranya mama dengar...and glad your kids like em. Nanti rajin-rajinlah me-roll lagi ye...
18. Sabrina>> Ha ah Sab, selalunya kalau banana, mesti diorang campur dengan walnut or other nuts. Tapi mama buat hari tu, tak boh pun...sebab...malas nak kisar walnut...hehehe...
20. ~ Wanie Sakura ~>> Banana Bread ni, tekstur dia slightly berat dari kek. Kalau omit nut, tak perlu ganti apa-apa pun ok sebab mama buat pun tak letak nuts.
